We had a great time at The Galtres Festival. Thanks to everyone who came to watch the two sets we played on Saturday and Sunday – hope you enjoyed the sandwiches!

The band will be making a rare daylight appearance on The Knavesmire in York on 1 September. Even rarer – out of respect for the venue, the great and wonderful Bison Coffee Tent – we will be drinking rehearsal fluid. We will be in illustrious company. Join us!
The band is making some very special sandwiches for The Galtres Festival – bringing Celtic and Gypsy closer together in a new set. We’ll be there all weekend so come and find us at the Arts Barge Project.
If you’re in York next Sunday evening, 21 July, come along to see Leather’o at the Deramore Arms in Heslington. There’s a support act from 8pm then we’ll be stamping our feet and swirling our skirts around 9pm!
Lovely feedback from the wedding ceremony we played at last week, in this room at The Treasurer’s House in York – the groom texts us to say, “Now that the dust has settled, I just wanted to thank you and Bob for the amazing music. Everybody raved about it afterwards and the tunes were absolutely perfect for the day… Thank you so much!”
Have a listen to our recent recordings. They’re on Soundcloud and our Listen page.
Thanks to everyone who came along and made our Christmas gig at the Winnie such a great success. Special thanks to all the dancers (with or without our caller, Clay!) and to our two great support acts, sounding checking all together in this photo:
Next gig for Little Leather’o (the duo) is in the Snickleway (have a look at the Calendar to your right). The bar’s really small so you can’t help getting a good view.
